Directors - Tim & James Sarah

Tim and James are the third generation of the Sarah family to direct Sarah. Their broad participation in the South Australian business community together with their leadership in the industry ensures the company’s reputation for integrity and professionalism is enhanced in all its dealings.

General Manager - Paul Tymukas

Paul Joined Sarah in 1994 bringing with him a wealth of construction experience in South Australia and the Australian Capital Territory. Under his leadership and dedication Sarah has grown into the major player it is today in the South Australian Construction Industry. Paul has an active role in project management, strategic planning initiatives and fostering client relationships to ensure that Sarah core values are upheld in all areas of the business.

Design Manager - Sean Aplin

Sean has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, ten of these with Sarah. As Design Manager, Sean’s focus is on preconstruction management and design development, as well as business development and customer relations. Sean's vast experience, attention to detail and high level of commitment to customer satisfaction also see him assist on large scale projects with regards to construction methodology and winning strategies.

Construction Manager - Anthony Carbone

Anthony commenced with Sarah in 2004 and is the Manager of Sarah’s Construction Team. This team undertakes greenfields, large scale and complex projects. Anthony’s role includes support for project teams with regards to methodology, programming and contractual obligations. Anthony ensures the highest level of customer commitment across all projects and strives to develop a collaborative team environment across all facets of projects.

Fitout and Refurbishment Manager - Mike Gilmore

Mike joined Sarah in 2005 and is the Manager of the Fitout and Refurbishment Team. His team specialises in refurbishment, extension and fit-out projects. Mike’s experience across a wide range of market sectors, coupled with his dynamic management approach has seen his team develop ongoing relationships with customers such as Coles Supermarkets, all South Australian Universities and many aged-care providers.
