Tim and James are the third generation of the Sarah family to direct Sarah Constructions. Their broad participation in the South Australian business community together with their leadership in the industry ensures the company’s reputation for integrity and professionalism is enhanced in all its dealings.
Paul Tymukas, General Manager
Paul joined Sarah Constructions in 1994 bringing with him a wealth of construction experience in South Australia and The Australian Capital Territory. Under his leadership and dedication Sarah Constructions has grown considerably into the major player it is today in the South Australian Construction Industry. Paul has an active role in project management, strategic planning initiatives and fostering client relationships to ensure the Sarah core values are upheld in all areas of the business
Sean Aplin, Manager – Projects Team
Sean has 20 years of experience in the construction industry, nine of these with Sarah Constructions. As Manager of the Projects Team his focus is on directing his project teams in the delivery of large scale construction projects. Sean's vast experience, attention to detail and high level of commitment to customer satisfaction have seen his team successfully take on many award winning and iconic projects.
Mike Gilmore, Manager – Building Services Team
Mike joined Sarah Constructions in 2005 and is the Manager of the Building Services Team. His team specialises in refurbishment, extension and fit-out projects. Mike's experience across a wide range of market sectors coupled with his dynamic management approach has seen his team develop ongoing relationships with customers such as Coles Group Limited, the University of Adelaide and UniSA.
