Maid & Magpie Hotel
Description:
The works involved the staged redevelopment of the whole of the existing hotel building. Various stages included the kitchen and gaming areas, downstairs and upstairs bars, restaurant areas, beer garden, car-parks and adjacent “Barn” function building.
The hotel remained operational at all times as Sarah managed the significant heritage, traffic and construction issues associated with this prominent facility.
