Description:
Sarah has an ongoing Project Management arrangement with the SANFL which has included multiple refurbishments upgrades and alternative projects within both AAMI Stadium and ten metropolitan SANFL grounds. Some of these include new bars, kiosks, change-room refurbishments, new interchange bunkers, seating alterations upgrade of stadium entrances, general office facilities and media suites.
We have recently completed the construction of a $2.5 Million Maintenance Facility which includes refuelling stations, wash-down bays with water recycling systems, large vehicle stores and admin offices all linked together by a structural steel arched breezeway.
As a design and construct contractor we completed an audit of all nine SANFL metropolitan venues. It was determined the SANFL Umpire and Visitor change facilities required a refurbishment and suitable amenity for female change areas was required. This was completed successfully over two seasons.
