University of Adelaide Refurbishment Works
Description:
Sarah has completed a series of refurbishment works recently at the University of Adelaide. These included the fire upgrade and some refurbishment to the Barr Smith Library. This project involved in the installation of new fire hydrants as well as a complete upgrade of the existing fire system. The works were valued at $1.7 Million.
We also undertook the works for the Western Plaza Precinct upgrade. This included landscaping, paving, provisions for disabled access and a new link bridge to the Barr Smith Library. Works were valued at $2 Million.
Further upgrade works to the University included 3 lift upgrades in the Oliphant, Ligertwood and Schultz buildings on the Adelaide campus as well as the refurbishment of some offices and teaching spaces at the University’s Grenfell Street site.
