Arkaba Mall & Woolworths Tenancy
Description:
This project was the reconfiguration of existing tenancies, mall and car park to facilitate a new Woolworth’s tenancy.
Works included demolition, major structural works, full Woolworths fit out, new air-conditioning and refrigeration systems.
To coincide with the Woolworths tenancy opening a refurbishment of the mall and an extension to the existing car park was also carried out.
