Vintage Cellars, North Adelaide
Description:
The project included a full fit-out of the building to create a benchmark store for Coles Vintage Cellars. The works included upgrades to all services with feature LED lighting, new linings, toilet facilities, new loading dock, cool room, display units and new signage for the store. Several major upgrades to the structure of the building were also undertaken due to latent conditions discovered during the construction period. The successful co-ordination of the project team with the client’s trades allowed the tight deadline including structural modifications to be achieved by the store opening date on the 27th June 2012.
